It is supplied in two different versions: with a single-phase electric motor equipped with an inverter that regulates the flow from 0 to 25 l / m, and with a three-phase electric motor with 2 speeds.
The STEP-120 is equipped with a long-lasting IM-25 L sleeve and shaft (exclusive IMER), which guarantees a perfect operation for pumping and projection of premixed and traditional mortars, ensuring a high working efficiency.
By mounting the complete 2 L6 pumping kit, in the three-phase version, it is also possible to pump and project single-layer mortars.
In both versions it can be installed as accessories and in an "optional" way: a planetary type mixer with reverse gear, an air compressor, and a vibrating screen. The STEP-120 can also be fed by a continuous mixer of the characteristics of our SPIN-30.
Thanks to their compact design and their reduced height, traditional concrete mixers unload on them with total comfort and normality, without having to be raised on site. In addition to pumping and spraying traditional and pre-mixed mortars, it is very useful for working with fiber-reinforced mortars, refractory mortars, self-leveling fire retardants, as well as grouting under controlled pressure.
