Intermaquinas wants to highlight that the machines we distribute are from major national and international recognized brands with many years of experience and high quality with guaranteed spare parts and unbeatable warranty service.

That is why we offer our customers a guarantee "Excellent Plus" (only agricultural machinery and tools). This includes fully customer service free of charge during the warranty period as well as free shipping to the peninsula as long as the manufacturer's technical services are not available. Are exempt the machines greater than 1,5m cubic or 150 kg. Then The manufacturer's warranty policy will be applied both in terms of shipping and labor, which may be due or paid.

We also offer a After-sales service after the end of the warranty. We collect the machine at home with reduced postage thanks to our agreements with the transport companies. We provide a personalized estimate and repair of the machines by our trained and specialized technicians in the sector.

Returns

There are several reasons why products can be returned. You should bear in mind that there are certain CONDITIONS that should be met or taken into account depending on the method of return.

1 For withdrawal of purchase of the product

The return of our products is accepted (withdrawal of the purchase), as long as they have not elapsed 14 days from receipt of the product and as long as the product is in the same state in which it was delivered. You should keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, bolts and keys) and original packing. It must be presented in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, odorous, mistreated or damaged. Returns will only be accepted from Products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any of their parts and that retain the original packaging in perfect condition (essential to process any return).

Once the product is received, Intermaquinas will proceed to the refund of the purchase amount (PAYMENT) or a Voucher for the next purchase as appropriate and except for transport costs. (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007)

 Returns of material for any reason not attributable to Intermaquinas in whose initial order The product was purchased with the free shipping promotion, the customer will be discounted the amount corresponding to the return of the product from their home to our warehouses, depending on the amount of material / weight / number of packages returned.

PARTICULARS OF THE PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL:

-If the client wishes to withdraw from his purchase and it has not been delivered to the carrier, the refund of the amount paid will be made within the next 15 business days after receiving the email confirming the withdrawal of the same. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used in the purchase.

-If the client wishes to desist from a merchandise that has already been delivered to the carrier, the client must pay the transport costs, even though they have not yet received it at their home address. The refund will be made within 20 business days after receiving the returned product in the warehouse. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used in the purchase.

-If the client wishes to withdraw from a merchandise that he has already received, he must pay all the costs of the return. 2 Due to breakage / damage of the product during shipping

The goods must be checked by the customer. In case of receiving any bulk / package / packaging damaged during transport, you must indicate it on the delivery note (mandatory condition to make any claim for breakage or damage during transport. Otherwise they will not be accepted). The client has a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the order, to complete the form indicated below. If the damages are not communicated within this period, the claim will be automatically rejected.

If the merchandise cannot be verified at the time of receipt, it must be indicated on the carrier's sheet that the client is satisfied except for pending examination. Once the merchandise is received at his address, he must proceed to examine it in search of possible damage caused in the transportation process. In the event of any damage or hidden defect, the customer must notify us of the incident within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the merchandise. Failure to follow the above guidelines will hamper the manufacturer/supplier's claim process.

In the event that the merchandise is received by a third person, the buyer undertakes to inform him that the merchandise must be reviewed. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage in the event that someone signs on your behalf and does not perform the relevant checks.

3 Product Defect / Failure (Warranty)

All products purchased in our online store come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty start date is the one that appears on the purchase invoice. The guarantees do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper handling, other than those indicated in the user manuals, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. Color deterioration due to exposure of the product to the action of sunlight or other sources of heat.

Once the product is received in our warehouses, the status of said product will be verified. Our technicians will diagnose the problem and carry out the corresponding repair.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

4 Due to failure / error in sending the order

When the receipt of a product has NOT been detected in the shipment, the product differs from what is requested or does not meet the demanded characteristics that appear on the website, the customer has the within 24/48 hours from receipt of the same to notify the incident.

In the event that the product sent does not correspond to the one the customer has ordered, Intermaquinas will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one.
