Fan F400 Casals BOX HBFX (F400 + ATEX)
The BOX HBFX (F400 + ATEX) fan model is designed for installation in walls or ducts, they are suitable for:
• Emergency exhaust smoke with engine inside the hazardous area.
• Cabinet design simplifies installation in rectangular duct systems.
• Maximum working temperature: 60ºC.
MANUFACTURING CHARACTERISTICS:
| BOX: | Manufactured in galvanized steel sheet with thermal insulation. |
| Soundproof cabinets: | with thermal-acoustic insulation, fire class Bs1d0. |
| Removable panels: | for easy access to the motor and maintenance of the fan. |
| Internal fan: | axial fan HBFX (F400 + ATEX), reinforced circular frame of size 45 to 80. For larger sizes from 90 to 125 we use the HCFX model (F400 + ATEX). |
| Assembly of the motor-impeller: | through a modular system. |
| Cast aluminum impeller: | Polyester powder coating to protect against corrosion. |
| Engine: | asynchronous squirrel cage standard with IP-55 protection and certified 400ºC / 2H Class H insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230 / 400V 50Hz in three-phase motors, up to 4kW and 400 / 690V 50Hz for higher powers. |
