Casals JF CONFORT impulse fan

The JF models are composed of an axial fan and two silencers.

FAN:
• Axial fan with galvanized steel housing. The connection box is accessible from the side from a removable door.
• Standard squirrel cage asynchronous motor with IP-55 protection and Class F isolation, standard 230 / 400V 50Hz voltages for 1 speed and 400V 50Hz motors for 2 speed motors.

SILENCERS:
• Galvanized steel coating. Inner duct made of perforated galvanized steel sheet. The silencers are filled with mineral wool with high sound absorption properties, which prevents most of the fan noise from spreading.
• Unidirectional JF CONFORT UN is equipped with a protective protection on the input side and a deflector on the output. The deflector directs the air away from the ceiling and obstacles such as beams or ducts, sweeping the entire volume of air to the nearest extraction point.
• The reversible JF CONFORT RE is equipped with protective guards on both sides.

APPLICATIONS:

• Designed for car parking and large spaces where polluted air or smoke from an accidental fire must be removed effectively. An optimized design minimizes the height necessary for installation and ensures silent operation.
• Maximum working temperature: 60ºC.
