Mobile Towers SYS-FAST 5-ECO Dacame
SYS-FAST mobile towers allow multiple possibilities of use thanks to their features, especially for formwork and column discharge operations. They are manufactured for a maximum working height of 6 meters, although we can combine their elements for special configurations.
Manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 1004 standard, have manuals as established in the UNE-EN 1298 standard.
Main features:
- Excellent relationship between weight and performance. System frames made with structural steel tube of 48 mm in diameter, with horizontal crossbars each 50 cm, ideal for working at any height.
- Simplicity and speed in assembly. A small number of references facilitates the understanding of the system, but not without maintaining a great versatility to adapt to any height of work. The connection of the bars and diagonals to the frames by means of the connection of the multidirectional scaffolding contributes rigidity and versatility to the system.
- Security guaranteed by compliance with the standards in force for mobile towers: EN 1004 and EN 1298.
Technical Specifications
- Maximum working height: 6,60 m (for higher heights consult our technical department)

REGULATION UNE-EN 1004-1:2021 |
The new norm UNE EN 1004-1:2021 Mobile access and work towers built with prefabricated elements. Part 1: Materials, dimensions, design loads and safety and behavior requirements, replaces the UNE-EN 1004:2006 standard. Let us remember that the standard applies to mobile access and work towers built with dimensions set by design and with a height of up to 12 m (interior use) and up to 8 m (exterior use). Version UNE EN 1004-1:2021 introduces some changes that directly affect the conception of the design and, consequently, the assembly and use of the towers. The main changes are: HEIGHT OF FIRST PLATFORM The maximum authorized height for the first platform is 3,4m. (In the previous version the maximum height was 4,6m). For a height of the first platform less than 2m, the manufacturer must provide a stable access from the outside. HEIGHT BETWEEN PLATFORMS mobile tower rule changes ASSEMBLY |
