The mobile towers of MEKA 48 steel suitable for roof and wall work, easy assembly and handling, are designed from the MEKA 48 Multidirectional Scaffolding system, which gives them the versatility of this system.
Manufactured in accordance with the UNE – EN 1004 standard, they have manuals as established in the UNE – EN 1298 standard.

The new norm UNE EN 1004-1:2021 Mobile access and work towers built with prefabricated elements. Part 1: Materials, dimensions, design loads and safety and behavior requirements, replaces the UNE-EN 1004:2006 standard. Let us remember that the standard applies to mobile access and work towers built with dimensions set by design and with a height of up to 12 m (interior use) and up to 8 m (exterior use). Version UNE EN 1004-1:2021 introduces some changes that directly affect the conception of the design and, consequently, the assembly and use of the towers. The main changes are: HEIGHT OF FIRST PLATFORM Maximum height: The maximum authorized height for the first platform is 3,4m. (In the previous version the max. height was 4,6m).
