How to set up our enclosures
.- Make the holes For the foundation of the posts, distributing the intermediate posts between the starter or corner posts every 3 meters, it is advisable to place center posts every 25 meters | 2.- Prepare the claw of the post for the foundation | 3.- Place the braces on the outside of its clamp and at a distance of 20 cm from the head of the post. Screws should be oriented toward the inside of the fence so that they will not interfere with fitting starter plates. |
.- Plumb and cement the corner, center and start posts to later place the intermediate posts aligned with each other. | 5.- It is advisable to place a screw or rivet in the starter and corner brace brackets to prevent them from sliding down the post when tensioning the wire. | 6.- Place 3 clamps with the wire tensioner, on the starter and corner posts. If the distance between the two posts is considerable, do the same for the center posts. The clamp bolts will go to the outside of the fence. |
.- Hook the wires on the tensioners, proceeding to its tensioning | 8.- Fix the wire to the intermediate posts with half round pins. Place the mesh by hooking the upper tips on the upper wire. | 9.- Place the mesh, inserting the starter plate at one end. Hold the plate on the same screws as the clamps, tighten and repeat the process at the other end. |
.-Once the mesh is in place, staple it over the wires starting from the top. Hook the central and lower wire by passing it through the holes in the mesh to get it to hold | 11-When the fencing has barbed wire, This will be placed in the same way as the normal wire and before placing the mesh. |
