Transportation and delivery time (Campus only)

We send home orders in 24 hours to most of the national peninsular territory. Occasionally the delivery time can be 48 hours.

• Orders from Monday to Thursday: Orders received before 15:00 from Monday to Thursday, are delivered to the peninsula the next day, those received after that time, leave the next day.
• Orders from Friday to Sunday: Those received on Friday before 15:00 p.m., are delivered at home on Monday, those received on Friday after 15:00 p.m., until Monday at 15:00 p.m., are delivered on Tuesdays.

Transportation Agency (Campus Only)

We entrust our shipments to the best national and international logistics operators which will take your order to the address you indicate and with the greatest possible urgency.

Will normally be delivered in 24-48 hours for the peninsula from the collection of the order, with the carrier MRW.

We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery time (Campus only)

We cannot set the delivery time for shipments. This depends solely and exclusively on the transport companies and in no case can a specific delivery time be guaranteed.

Taxes and possible customs duties to be paid at destination will be borne by the recipient.

Shipping Price (Campus Only)

The transport price will be indicated in the cart and depends on the weight of the package and the delivery area.

Returns (Campus Only)

The term for the return of material, provided that it is in perfect condition and has not been altered or manipulated, will be a maximum of 7 days from the invoice date for shipments to Spain and Portugal. The return must be communicated in advance to obtain the corresponding identification number (RAN - Return Authorization Number).

Once accepted, the shipment of the material to be returned or exchanged must be done in the original packaging (the company will not be responsible for breakages caused by transport, due to incorrect packaging), and accompanied by a copy of the invoice , along with the reason for the return.

The costs and risks of the return are borne by the buyer.

We refund the amount of the item's price - we DO NOT refund shipping costs.

Except in cases of damage caused by transport (immediate notice within 24 hours - 964). In these cases, the visible damage must be recorded on the delivery note for your claim to the carrier.
