Description
Plaster to cover gotelé and rough surfaces. Excellent adhesion on painted walls. Application in thin or thick layer. Long working time and easy sanding. Provides an excellent finish for decorating, as a pre-finish to satin paint or wallpaper.
Use
As a final preparation layer after other filling plasters, removal of gotelé or rough walls. Plaster large surfaces due to its long working time (24 hours). Absorbent interior supports; plasters, plaster, cement, wood ... Final preparation for jobs where a high quality finish is required such as satin paints, fine papers, vinyl ...
Application
The support must be healthy, clean and free of dust and humidity. In highly absorbent substrates it may be necessary to apply a previous primer to regulate the absorption. Mix the powdered plaster with water (according to the proportion indicated on the package) and let it rest for a few minutes before applying it to the substrate. Use a spatula whose width is slightly greater than the size of the crack, scuff, hole or cavity to be filled. Once the cavity has been filled, it is advisable to perform the smoothing operation vertically, from the bottom up, placing material and then removing the excess. Splices must be made in the reverse vertical direction, from top to bottom. To leave the surface perfectly smooth, make sure that the plaste is completely dry (see drying times indicated on the package), sand the area and apply a second coat in a horizontal direction, making the joints in the opposite horizontal direction. Sand lightly to remove excess material.
