JUNODUR gloss finish varnish
One-component polyurethane synthetic varnish. Formulated based on urethane resins to obtain a protective and decorative finish, pleasant to the touch. Indoor use. Cleaning and dilution with MINERAL White spirit (D-16). Certified by the EPD-DAP (Environmental Product Declaration): enables a sustainable building according to LEED and BREEAM standards.
Preparation
If the surface is new, prime with Protective Primer. If the surfaces are already varnished and the varnish is in good condition, it is necessary to degrease the surface and sand gently. If the varnish is in poor condition, remove the varnish, clean the surface and sand gently.
Use
Recommended for the restoration and varnishing of parquet and wooden floors that require a hard surface that is resistant to domestic use and cleaning products.
Application
Brush: To use or reduced with 5% of Mineral White spirit (D-16). Gun: Reduced with 15-20% of Mineral White spirit (D-16). After 24 h. After priming and sanding, apply two coats of JUNODUR Varnish, diluted with 5% Mineral White spirit (D-16), stretching the product well and sanding between coats. Very resinous woods must be previously cleaned with UNIVERSAL Solvent (D-45) to avoid drying problems. Apply in thin layers, well stretched, until obtaining a uniform shine and adequate thickness that allows to perfectly close the pore of the wood.
